Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana, peeled and sliced
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries, raspberries, or blueberries
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • ½ cup spinach

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth
  2. Pour into the cubes to the 2-cup line, pop on lid and freeze
